The team were called out by Derbyshire Police to assist to a walker on the Kinder Plateau, to the north of the Kinder Gates, as we were mobilising at base a further information was provided advising the walker had manage to make their own way to the road, the team were stood down to enjoy the rest of their Saturday.

Kinder Mountain Rescue Team is staffed by volunteers who give their time free of charge and is funded entirely by public donations.
