We were asked by Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service to assist them and East Midlands Ambulance Service with the evacuation of a casualty with a head injury from Hayfield Skateboard Park. DFRS and EMAS crews were already on scene when we were called and they were able to complete the evacuation before we were fully deployed.

Kinder Mountain Rescue Team is staffed by volunteers who give their time free of charge and is funded entirely by public donations.
