We were called out to a 25 year old male who had travelled to the Peak District to complete a multi day walk along the Pennie Way, unfortunately he was unable to continue due to the effects of cold, the feels like temperature a Kinder Low last night was -4C.
Two hill parties were deployed to the Casualty site which had been confirmed using phone find technology, once the casualty was assessed and warmed up the he was walked back to our vehicles at Edale Cross for the drive down to KMRT base.
KMRT would like to express their thanks to the George Hotel Hayfield for their assistance last night.
