How to Enter

To enter simply send us an email to auction@kmrt.org.uk, making sure to include the item you want and your bid amount, plus your full name, address and phone number.

Terms and conditions

• To accept a bid, it must contain: the item you’re bidding on; your name; your telephone number and your address. 
• All bids are binding
• Bidding closes at 3pm on Saturday 20th June
• The highest bid at close wins
• Winners will be announced at the event and contacted
• Payment must be made within 24 hours
• If payment isn’t received, the prize will be offered to the next highest bidder
• Prizes won’t be released until payment is made
